What We Believe

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church holds the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired and inerrant Word of God. The Bible describes all humans as being broken off from God from birth (Psalm 51:5), but also that God desires us all to be reconciled to Him through faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 3:21-25).   We baptize children and adults into Jesus, share the Lord’s Body and Blood under bread and wine with all who have publicly declared fellowship with our teachings, and most importantly proclaim the Gospel.  We joyfully hold to the teachings of the Small Catechism of Martin Luther, the Augsburg Confession, and the entire Book of Concord of 1580 because these rightly confess the teachings of the Holy Scriptures.
